At Tron houses we like to be one step ahead of the competition, with that in mind we decided that it would be a great feature to enable our sellers to be able to put up a short video tour of there homes showing off its best features.
What better way of attracting potential buyers, pictures and description are always great, but will they give the best view of your house. With a video tour you can allow the buyers to get a far greater feel for your property both inside and out.
This can be done by either using a video camera or smiply using your mobile phone to capture the clip, instructions are below, if you have trouble following these are staff are happy to help just contact us.
Account holders can upload 3 clips as wmv, avi, 3gp and mpeg/mpg format up to 60 seconds in length.
Above is how not to do film, as you can see the Garden has been shot portrait so can cause some strain to viewers...
How to transfer a clip from your mobile:-
1. Usingthe video feature on your mobile (all new phones from 2006 onwards have this facility) capture the 3 clips of video of your property we suggest 60 secons max
2. With the software that came with you mobile phone, upload the clip to your computer to the desktop.
3. Most clips will be very large so need to be edited before upload, please use Windows Movie Maker for this process. see below on how to edit.
4. Go to your account and choose video clip facility which is a chargeable feature, then on prompting upload your clip by browsing you computer desktop, and hitting upload
4. save your listing
that simple!
How to transfer a clip from your digital camera:-
1. Using the video feature on your camera capture the 3 clips of video of your property we suggest 60 secons max
2. With the software that came with you digital camera, upload the clip(s) to your computer to the desktop.

4. Go to your account and choose video clip facility which is a chargeable feature, then on prompting upload your clip by browsing you computer desktop, and hitting upload

How to edit...Using Windows Movie Maker
1. Import your AVI (example) to Movie maker
2. Click timeline icon at the bottom of the page it also say Timeline beside it.
3. Right click your mouse on the audio and select mute from the menu if you wish to have no sound.
4. Go to the top menu and sleect File > Save Movie and follow the wizard that opens.
5. Choose to save to computer >click next > name your movie and saving place > clcik next > slect movie settings and the third selection down called Other Settings > from the drop down select Video for Broadband (150kbs) > next
6. You video clip is saved at a size uploadable to the net.
